Esther – Vintage wedding shoot

May 4, 2010

Things are fairly manic at the moment, but I just wanted to post some images from a vintage/rock’n’roll shoot I did on Sunday with the very gorgeous Esther.

I love all things vintage – this genuine 1950’s dress was from the wonderful collection at Hampshire Wardrobe in Winchester.  I would L.O.V.E to shoot a real rock’n’roll-inspired wedding.  Go on, you know you want to…

The weather was a nightmare in Weymouth – winds strong enough to launch a ferret, and the town was packed due to a balloon festival – both of which rendered most of my planned locations unuseable.  But Esther was such a trooper – bravely shivering her way around town, despite the interest from the locals, who were rightly bewildered as to why she chose that day to dress so beautifully!  But thank you Esther, for your good humour and patience – I hope you like the result!
