Mike & Emily’s Bosham Wedding

The coverage of today’s gorgeous, wonderful, simple and downright lovely wedding of Mike & Em finished in the early afternoon, so you get a monster first peek at it.

Mike is sister-in-law to one of my dearest friends (and her husband is pretty cool too 🙂 ), so I was thrilled to be asked to do this.  Their wedding was simple and unpretentious  and fun, and took place in between thundery skies!  They were married at the Holy Trinity Church near their home in Bosham.  The light in the church was epic, even on such an overcast day, and the vicar Martin was fantastic – on my vicar top ten list now…  After photos we retired to The Millstream Hotel for drinks & food, and the staff there were so polite, professional and helpful – very quickly spotting a wilting photographer and getting a drink for her!  Later they will be heading to the village hall for dancing and a stack of sweeties from Em’s sweetie table.  Confession:  whilst photographing this a couple of flying saucers may, just may, have fallen into my mouth as part of a sherbert deficit.  Just sayin’.

Mike & Em, thank you SO much for allowing me to be part of your day, I loved it, and I wish you every happiness for the rest of your day and for the days, weeks, months & years beyond.  Grab a cuppa, sit down & watch the slideshow – I hope you like the pics!  xxxx
