Laura & Chris: a story of love & rain
I have been waiting for today’s wedding for EVER. Well, since I met Chris & Laura & decided that they were brilliant human beings whom I liked very much. The were married at Lulworth Courtyard, after getting ready in the chocolate box village of Lulworth itself. And yeah, it rained. I mean it *really* rained. We finally had a few minutes of dry weather during dessert to do some shots of them both (sterling wife-carrying there, Chris) before party time. As I left I decided to go down to the cove to see if I could get some shots there & a beautiful vivid sunset floated across with the sea mist. A gorgeous end to a a wonderful day with very special people, and a fitting sight as they partied the night away with their loved ones. Because that is what its all about; the people you surround yourself with; not flowers, not frocks, not a little fall of rain.
