Francesca & Nige’s Cothay Manor wedding
Cothay Manor wedding photography
You know when you have a brilliant & amazing day, and someone asks how it was, and all you can say is ‘really, really good’, because you don’t quite have the vocabulary for it? Well, yesterday Nigel married his funny, beautiful, kind & sparkling Francesca in Somerset, and he was worthy of her love. I am going to put it out there, I am frankly quite smitten with Francesca myself, so my standards for her are high, the fact he meets them is testament to what a man he is. The love for them both bounced around the rooms yesterday , flying out of happy eyes & mouths.
Francesca got ready at Langford Fivehead near Taunton with help of Carmen, Georgie & Anna, and her lovely mum (and can we take a minute to worship at the altar of that amazing Marchesa gown from Browns Brides, HELLO!), before moving to St Mary & Andrew’s Church in Pitminster, and then to the STUNNING Somerset wedding venue Cothay Manor to celebrate the day. Francesca grew up down the road from Cothay, so it was the only choice for their wedding – and as a first time visitor I was absolutely blown away. The day was brilliantly organised by Caroline Sian events, with food from Cherry Picked Catering. Please see the end for a list of all the suppliers that worked hard to make their day a reality.
So, yes, it was ‘really, really good’. I think maybe the pictures tell a better story…
THANK YOU you utterly lovely people for trusting me to be part of your day, for putting up with my over excitement at the gardens at Cothay, and for allowing me to be your something blue :). Massive hugs to you xxx
