Photographers mentoring: Holly & Neil’s love shoot
I have been saving this post for a couple of months.
Later in the year I plan to officially launch my photographers mentoring programme (more on this after wedding season has peaked), a bespoke, experiential programme designed at helping people new to the industry gain experience, skills, and begin to find their creative voice. In preparation for this, I have been training the lovely Emily during this season, and as a part of this we organised a couples shoot to help her learn about interaction & light. Step in Holly & Neil as our willing volunteers. Holly is a brilliant photographer & paper artist herself (check out her wonderful work here), and is due to get married to the lovely Neil, well, tomorrow; in deepest sunniest Cornwall. I have known Holly since I first started shooting weddings, and it is a massive thrill to see her pair up with this excellent human being, who is such a stellar match for her wild & wonderful sprit.
Have the most amazing day of your life, you wonders! Here is a look at some of the images I took for them as part of Emily’s session, one magically sunny May evening…
If you are interested in my UK Photographer’s mentoring programme and wish to register your interest, please get in touch 🙂
